Sense of Humor means Better Mental Fitness

Who says little bit of Sense of humor is bad for heatlh! Why some crippy people want to impose ban on good and light sense of humor. No i am not talking about bad manners or raw stupid offending humor. I am talking to light, fresh, natuaral sense of humor to bring ease and fitness to your mental health.

Hard working hours in today’s competitve world  are  needed and can be boring and stressful. It can be enjoyable with just little sense of humor and inner weather can be very pleasant after a little witty comment or joke. Yes good smile and laugh is going to reduce the burden your mind may have due to long working hours.

It has been reported that some poeple actually die while working on long hours jobs, not because of any work-load, but because of intense pressure that became too much for their hearts. Laughing can ease pressures, put sense again into winning, and make you human again. Too much work turns you into a robot and degenerates into nothing more than input and output. It is suggested you watch some comedy or spend some time with your jolly freinds or coworkers to have a good laugh to really stay healthy both physically and mentally.
